You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (40 days) has expired by sending a message on the Contact Us page or contacting support@mavero.shop.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
